Returns Policy
We follow a customer centric approach and deal with each query individually, keeping the interest of the customer in mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from O so Stylish (Pty) Ltd, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The items returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached for the return to be accepted.
No exchanges/returns will be accepted if:
- It was a clearance sale item. Clearance sale items are final sale, and no exchanges/refunds are allowed.
- The item has been worn/washed.
- The item is not in original packaging with tags.
- Underwear and swimwear. For hygiene reasons, underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
Before we send out each item initially we quality control it, however, in the event that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it or refund the cost (in store credit) as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use, accidental damage or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Returns Process

Should you wish to return an item, please follow one of the four options below.
Upon receipt of your parcel, we'll notify you of the receipt thereof and will evaluate the items for refund.
Your account will be credited for you to select alternative items and if you select to have the money refunded to you, we will process the payment within 2 days of your confirmation to have it refunded. It is likely to reflect in your account between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the payment method used to purchase the items.
Option 1: Physical return the item(s) yourself by bringing it to our shop at Zambezi Junction

Option 2: Courier the items to either our shop at Zambezi Junction
PLEASE NOTE: COURIER COSTS ARE FOR YOUR OWN ACCOUNT. O so Stylish makes use of The Courier Guy as their rates and service are exceptional, but you are welcome to select the courier of your choice.

Option 3: Courier to our nearest PostNet at Derdepark using PostNet to PostNet delivery

Please send an email to [email protected] and indicate your name, telephone number and delivery address. Specify exactly what the return entails, go to your nearest PostNet and then send the parcel to our nearest PostNet at Derdepark using the PostNet to PostNet delivery option:

Option 4: PUDO your item to our nearest PUDO locker
PLEASE NOTE: PUDO DELIVERY FEES ARE FOR YOUR OWN ACCOUNT.

Please send us an email to [email protected] and indicate your name, telephone number and delivery address and specify exactly what the return entails. Then PUDO your package (from your door or your nearest PUDO lockers) to the following PUDO lockers:
